As CEO of P.B. Bell, Chapin leads the strategic planning and growth of the company and oversees all aspects of P.B. Bell, including development, acquisitions and property management. After serving as a commercial lending officer and vice president for National City Bank, Chapin joined P.B. Bell in 1993 and worked alongside his father, Founder Philip Bell, for 25 years. Over the years, Chapin has developed more than 6,300 units and acquired over 4,100 units.
Chapin serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and Valley Partnership. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the UMOM Patrons Committee and the Arizona Multihousing Association. Chapin received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Arizona and holds an Arizona real estate license.
