P.B. Bell offers comprehensive training and career development for all P.B. Bell employees through P.B. Bell University. The curriculum includes customer service, Fair Housing, leadership, leasing, maintenance, marketing, operations, personal development, resident retention, risk management, safety, and much more. Our in-house training staff offers training courses both in the classroom and online.

To support our team members and help them develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to succeed, we provide ongoing team member training programs. We also have field training dedicated to providing support in the areas of customer service, systems, and various company-sponsored programs.
