Locally and family-owned since 1976, P.B. Bell manages Class A, B, and C multifamily assets primarily throughout the Phoenix MSA. While P.B. Bell has always managed its own assets, our portfolio is primarily third-party management. Our clients range from global investment firms to individual owners.
