Mayra Martinez manages a portfolio of communities throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, overseeing operations, finances, marketing, and staff.
Mayra has a long-standing career in real estate, which began with a passion for helping people find a place to call home. At the start of her career, she sold over 300 newly built homes and gained in-depth knowledge of the construction side of real estate. Then, she transitioned to property management in 2010. In 2011, she began working with Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) as a regional property manager, and put in a total of 12 years with them to sharpen her skills in operations management, resident retention, lease administration and more. Mayra also spent time working as a regional manager for RPM Living.
Mayra has over 15 years of property management experience and is dedicated to building a strong team, creating mentorship opportunities and encouraging people to reach their full potential.
