$40 Million Community, Arista at Ocotillo, Offers A Luxury Apartment Community Option to Chandler Residents. 

SanTan Sun News shared the new amenities found at Arista at Ocotillo in Chandler. The $40 million community is part-owned by P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development, management and acquisitions, who is also serving as the third-party management firm.
