Arista at Ocotillo, a new luxury mid-rise apartment community developed by Gilbane Development Company, recently opened in Chandler. The $40 million community is part-owned by P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development, management and acquisitions, who is also serving as the third-party management firm.
