At P.B. Bell, our employees are the foundation of our success. That’s why every year we proudly celebrate Employee Appreciation Day—a special opportunity to recognize the people who bring our communities to life. In 2026, we marked the occasion with an exciting team-building event at Puttshack in Scottsdale Quarter on March 6th.
This year’s Employee Appreciation Day event was designed to foster connection, collaboration, and fun. We kicked things off with an interactive icebreaker game featuring 50 questions, encouraging team members to mingle and get to know fellow P.B. Bell employees. From personal interests to unique experiences, the activity created meaningful conversations and strengthened workplace relationships.
No celebration is complete without great food and drinks. Team members enjoyed a vibrant setting at Puttshack Scottsdale Quarter, complete with delicious bites and refreshing beverages. The relaxed environment gave everyone the chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate together outside of the workplace.
The highlight of the event was Puttshack’s innovative, tech-driven mini golf experience. Employees participated in friendly competition, showcasing their putting skills while sharing laughs and team spirit. Whether competing for bragging rights or just enjoying the game, the energy throughout the venue was electric.
Employee Appreciation Day is more than just an event—it’s a reflection of the P.B. Bell company culture, built on appreciation, teamwork, and connection. Events like this reinforce our commitment to creating a positive workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
