Each December, P.B. Bell associates from across our multifamily portfolio gather not only to celebrate accomplishments, but also to give back to organizations making a real difference in the lives of others. This commitment to service and connection is central to our approach to multifamily property management.

Partnering with HopeKids to Make an Impact

For 2025, P.B. Bell was honored to partner with HopeKids, a remarkable nonprofit organization that supports families who have children with life-threatening medical conditions. HopeKids provides an ongoing calendar of free, engaging events that allow families to spend quality time together in safe, uplifting environments—surrounded by others who understand their journey.

HopeKids believes that hope is powerful medicine, a mission that aligns deeply with P.B. Bell’s people-first culture and our dedication to creating supportive communities within the multifamily housing industry.

Coming Together as a Multifamily Community

In the weeks leading up to the celebration, P.B. Bell employees were invited to purchase raffle tickets, with 100% of proceeds donated directly to HopeKids. Our valued vendor partners within the multifamily and property management industry also joined in, generously donating items such as gift cards, electronics, themed baskets, and unforgettable experience packages.

Their generosity helped create an exciting raffle lineup that brought energy and fun to the event—while making a meaningful impact for families in need.

A Record-Breaking Year of Giving Back

Thanks to the collective compassion of our employees and partners, this year’s year-end celebration reached a record-breaking milestone. With more than 14,000 raffle tickets sold, P.B. Bell proudly raised $14,236 in support of HopeKids and the families they serve.

This achievement reflects the power of collaboration, corporate social responsibility, and shared purpose within the multifamily housing industry.
