On August 11th, the Arizona Multihousing Association and Cox Communications hosted the 31st annual Tributes Awards. These awards honor multifamily professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in the Arizona apartment industry. Throughout the evening, AMA handed out 30 awards ranging from Volunteer of the Year to Service Technician of the Year. In total, P.B. Bell superstars were recognized for five of the 30 awards. Service Supervisors of the Year
This award recognizes individuals who demonstrate management skills, professionalism, and the highest standards of technical excellence. Interview questions focused on leadership philosophy, knowledge of the trade, budget management, workflow organization, customer service philosophy, fair housing knowledge and integrity.

This award recognizes individuals who contribute to a property’s physical upkeep through housekeeping duties that may include common areas, apartment turns or general cleaning. Interview questions focused on attitude, knowledge of the housekeeping process, and customer service philosophy.

Best Community Teams of the Year
This award recognizes a rental housing community and its team that maintains the highest level of excellence, talent, service, maintenance and overall operations. Interview questions focused on team cohesion, overall staff presentation, knowledge of roles, and customer service philosophy.
