Back in the West Valley, a new apartment complex dubbed Hangar at Thunderbird that was developed by Scottsdale-based P.B. Bell is now leasing in Glendale.

The new complex, at 15301 N. 57th Ave. near the Arizona Christian University and Arizona State University West in Glendale, comprises 266 units with one, two and three-bedroom options and various amenities for residents.
