November is the month to give thanks! At P.B Bell, one of the ways we show gratitude is by hosting Resident Appreciation Week. We would not have the wonderful properties or community culture that we do without our residents. From November 14 -18, all P.B. Bell communities will host fun and engaging events all week long to show appreciation for our wonderful residents. 

We will spoil our residents with a fun variety of treats and activities. While some teams will have slightly varying events, the thankful intentions remain the same. Read below for a sneak peek of what this week has in store for P.B. Bell residents.

Monday: Enjoy Breakfast To-Go

We’re kicking off Resident Appreciation Week by offering breakfast to-go! Breakfast goodies in the clubhouse or leasing office will help residents fuel up for a hearty start to their day. Be sure to take time out of your busy morning for a complimentary treat!

Tuesday: Taco Tuesday

There is no better way to celebrate Tuesday than with tacos! P.B. Bell property management teams will team up with delicious local eateries to celebrate. Enjoy a convenient meal and meet fellow residents and neighbors.

Wednesday: Yappy Hour

All P.B. Bell properties are pet-friendly, and we’d like to show appreciation for our furry friends too! Residents are invited to bring their pets for special treats, toys and goodies! There will also be a pet-friendly gift basket raffled off to one lucky winner.

Thursday: Dessert Bar

A celebration just isn’t complete without some sweets for our sweet residents! Pop in the leasing office or clubhouse and enjoy a dessert bar with all sorts of treats from cookies to candy galore.

Friday: Test Your Luck

Friday is a spin-to-win day where residents can win prizes in the leasing office! We are so thankful for our residents, and we want to show our appreciation with one last day of giving and prizes.

In addition to all these events, we are encouraging residents to take a moment and reflect on what they are most thankful for. Residents are encouraged to grab a “Give Thanks” card in the leasing office to share something or numerous things for which they are thankful.

While the Resident Appreciation Week is just one week a year, P.B. Bell wants residents to know that our gratitude for you lasts year-round!
