P.B. Bell is proud to announce that three of its employees were recognized and selected for three Tribute Awards from the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA). The 29th Annual Tribute Awards was celebrated on August 13, 2021 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, as the AMA honored a variety of multifamily professionals and communities for their outstanding performance within the Arizona Apartment Industry. The winners from P.B. Bell are listed below:
Cheri Stroud was awarded as a top Housekeeper at Paradise @ P83 and recently just celebrated 25 years with P.B. Bell. Stroud is responsible for interior cleanliness within the community. This includes areas like the leasing office and clubroom, models, vacant apartments, and additional common amenities. Before new residents moving in, she assists with the preparation of vacant apartments to make them market-ready. Along with the general upkeep of the community, she is responsible for its appearance and safety, too.
Justin Steltenpohl was honored as an Arizona Executive of the Year, amongst two others. As the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel, Steltenpohl is responsible for all development, acquisitions, and asset management for P.B. Bell, as well as all legal matters, including corporate governance, negotiating joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and financing transactions.
Casey Hale was honored as a Regional Service Supervisor, amongst four others. At P.B. Bell, Hale is responsible for the training and mentoring of the maintenance staff and oversees the purchasing programs for the maintenance departments, as well as all capital improvement projects.
