P.B. Bell has been busy working on a number of new high-end multifamily projects in the Valley. This includes a variety of brand new apartment communities in Phoenix, as well as the East Valley, West Valley and Prescott Valley. With so many developments underway totaling 2,400 units, and multiple 3rd party management deals equaling more than 700 units, our team is excited to showcase what we’re bringing to the market over the next several months. Our P.B. Bell team has their hand in 10 luxury apartment communities in the works throughout the Valley with even more in the pipeline. This is the highest number of communities we’ve been involved in at any one given time and with these projects, our portfolio will grow to nearly 7,000 units. Some of these properties we are both developing and managing while others we have the pleasure of managing for our clients. While we’re well-versed in developing multifamily real estate, we’re equally as knowledgeable in leasing up these brand-new communities.

Inspira Gateway located in Mesa will be our second senior housing community to date, with the first being Inspira at Arrowhead which opened in Glendale last year. The need for senior living communities continues to grow in Arizona and P.B. Bell plans to continue developing them in our local market. We understand the unique design required for senior housing communities and our experience building and managing Class A, B and C multifamily properties only enhances these projects.
Paradise at P83 and Grayson Place are two of our newest communities to begin pre-leasing in the Valley. Both of these communities will offer smart apartments with smart apartment door locks, thermostats, lights, USB plug-ins and more; all easily controlled with the MyAPT app by Cox. These garden and mid-rise style communities will be the first in their respective markets to offer smart door locks, offering residents comfort, safety and an innovative alternative to regular locks.
As we look for areas to develop, we often strategically seek land in neighborhoods with potential to re-energize the surrounding community. This is the case with the Landing at Fiesta Village. This luxury apartment community is replacing a once booming retail destination that crumbled during the ‘08 recession. This new and fresh addition to the Mesa community will help to give the local economy a boost, as well as will refresh an area that was previously known as the city’s eyesore.
The Premiere at Eastmark, a P.B. Bell managed community that just opened its doors in Mesa is another property that adds value to the local neighborhood and its residents. The team has already seen great success leasing up these apartments which are nestled in the master-planned community of Eastmark, ranked the #1 best-selling master-planned community in Arizona. The Eastmark area is rapidly expanding and growing in popularity with various new shops, restaurants and businesses swarming to this new hot spot.
Phoenix isn’t the only prime location for multifamily this year. Parke Place is our second community in Prescott Valley, and we are excited to add our first single-family rental community to our portfolio. These types of rental communities continue to gain in popularity due to their added privacy and additional space. With their added benefits, we do not expect to see this market slow down anytime soon.
