P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing development and management, recently expanded its corporate team with a new hire and announced the promotion of five team members.

The promotions include Matthew Heintz to the vice president of construction, Danial Harms to the senior portfolio director, Cary Cole to senior portfolio director, Monica Gatlin to portfolio director and Colby Weadock to project manager. Bernie Pipan joins the P.B. Bell development team as the new project manager.
