P.B. Bell Wins Big at Arizona Multihousing Association’s 2019 Best Of Project S.A.F.E Awards

P.B. Bell, a leader in multihousing development and acquisitions, was recognized for its dedicated staff and creativity within its communities at the Arizona Multihousing Association’s (AMA) 2019 Best of Project S.A.F.E. awards on Sept. 19.

P.B. Bell’s very own community manager at Solis at Towne Center, Jodi Silva, was awarded the AMA’s Designation Scholarship award at the ceremony.

Silva’s award gives her the opportunity to attend a national apartment leasing professions program, which allows her to further her education and earn a national property management credential.

With a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) credential, Silva will be able to further enhance her career and it will open countless opportunities within the multifamily industry.

“I have truly been inspired by my experience and time spent here at Solis at Towne Center” said Silva. “Having this opportunity to further my career within the multifamily industry by discovering new practices, technology, trends and legislation will allow me to bring new ideas back to my community and continue to make it a wonderful place to live.”

P.B. Bell received other recognitions including Best Theme for Solis at Towne Center’s gaming theme which focused on internet safety, as well as Best Invites for Velaire at Aspera.

Project S.A.F.E. (Safety Awareness Family Education) strives to educate residents on important safety issues facing them, their families and their overall community. Topics can cover a variety of subjects including pet safety, fire safety and ID theft.

P.B. Bell’s participation in the program provides valuable insights and knowledge for property managers, staff and residents.
