Once you’re approved, you’ll get a notification through Rent Café to sign and secure your lease electronically, so paper applications are a thing of the past!

Handle everything apartment-related, safely and securely, 24/7: Once you’ve moved in, Rent Café Resident can be used to securely pay your rent online with just a click of a button.
