PHOENIX (February 2, 2017) – P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily real estate development and management, announced today that in-house general counsel Justin Steltenpohl has been recognized with the 2017 Arizona Corporate Counsel Award. Steltenpohl won the award in the category designated for medium-sized private companies.

Steltenpohl manages all legal matters for P.B. Bell, including corporate governance issues, joint venture agreement negotiation, and financing transactions. In addition, Steltenpohl oversees and reviews the legalities involved with purchase and sale agreements.
