Residential Property Management

Acquisitions

P.B. Bell Acquisitions has purchased over 4,000 units in transactions totaling over $300,000,000 and managed renovations in excess of $20,000,000. The acquisitions team expertly underwrites and manages the due diligence process in preparation for a successful transition of the newly acquired asset to the P.B. Bell Property Services team.

In partnership with our Property Services team, P.B. Bell Acquisitions provides our partners the ability to thoroughly understand acquisition opportunities and the submarket within which they exist. Ultimately, our acquisitions expertise leads to a successful execution of a business plan, which in turn results in a successful partnership and asset.
