We take a proactive approach, researching the sub market, developing a brand and selecting the right onsite team members, in order to meet or exceed proforma expectations.
Renovations: The renovations and maintenance team at P.B. Bell is unparalleled in its attention-to-detail, knowledge & tenure. From vendor coordination to cost and time efficiencies, our services ensure each asset is marketable to the highest quality and value. Core functions include: Construction management, design coordination, consulting, due diligence, job cost reporting and value engineering.
