Residential Property Management

Locally and family owned since 1976, P.B. Bell manages all levels of multifamily assets. Over the years, P.B. Bell has had ownership in some of these assets, however, the majority of our portfolio has always been third party management.

P.B. Bell has managed or owned multifamily communities in every submarket in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area and is the multifamily expert in the Valley of the Sun. We take great pride in our people, partners and client relationships and have had the honor of serving some of our clients for more than 20 years.

Our experienced property management staff goes far beyond the basics of just making sure a property runs smoothly. They take the time to get to know residents by name, to proactively ask how they can help, and to make sure that every day, our residents are proud to live in a P.B. Bell managed community.

At P.B. Bell, we strive to better the communities and places that serve our residents, clients and vendors. Our performance services enhance the profitability of each asset through effective, efficient and professional strategies and programs. At the core, our Performance Services include: Training, Marketing, Accounting, Operations, Lease Ups and Renovations.

Training: P.B. Bell University offers ongoing training and career development through in classroom and online classes utilizing the GROW learning management system, as well as our in house training staff. Unique performance & personal development training programs include: community management, marketing, leasing and maintenance, which follow a targeted career path.

Marketing: P.B. Bell offers a full spectrum of marketing services. From printed marketing materials to social media advertising campaigns, P.B. Bell utilizes traditional and current marketing tactics and trends to drive results.

Accounting: Through Yardi software, P.B. Bell is able to provide a wide arrange of data and activity reporting which is prepared weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually, based on owner preferences. A comprehensive financial package is prepared monthly and includes operating statements & variance reports, performance metrics and detailed support documents.

Lease Ups: Leasing up new communities is one of P.B. Bell’s specialties! P.B. Bell has successfully leased up numerous communities throughout Metropolitan Phoenix and provides a full range of lease up services for our partners and for third party clients. We take a proactive approach, researching the sub market, developing a brand and selecting the right onsite team members, in order to meet or exceed proforma expectations.

Renovations: The renovations and maintenance team at P.B. Bell is unparalleled in its attention-to-detail, knowledge & tenure. From vendor coordination to cost and time efficiencies, our services ensure each asset is marketable to the highest quality and value. Core functions include: Construction management, design coordination, consulting, due diligence, job cost reporting and value engineering.
