The Curve At Melrose Wins Big at the AMA Tributes Awards

The Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) held its annual Tribute Awards on Friday, May 10 at the Phoenix Convention Center, announcing the winners for 2019. The awards recognize individuals and multifamily communities who have gone ‘above and beyond’ in their respective fields and categories.

The Curve at Melrose community in Phoenix was P.B Bell’s big winner of the night, recognized by the Developers Award for Best Community Design Mid/Low Rise Style. Featuring mid-century modern vibes throughout, P.B Bell worked with award-winning interior design firm, Lawrence Lake Interiors, to create a functional space infused with style and comfort at The Curve at Melrose.

P.B. Bell had three other category finalists for the 2019 Tribute Awards, including:

  • Rhonda Dumler, Manager at Reflections at Gila Springs; finalist for the “Manager of the Year 1-199 units” category
  • Colby Weadock, Leasing consultant at Noria; finalist for the “Leasing Consultant” category
  • Casey Hale, Regional Service Supervisor for all of P.B. Bell; finalist for the “Regional Service Supervisor” category
