P.B. Bell’s Escape Community Awarded For Industry Excellence

PHOENIX (March 23, 2017) – P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily real estate development and management, has received a RED Award recognizing excellence for Escape, a community that opened last year in Phoenix.

The 244-unit, ultra-urban luxury community was one of three finalists in the multifamily category at the 12th annual Real Estate and Development (RED) Awards ceremony last month, which honored the top commercial real estate projects completed in 2016 along with the companies and people who made each one possible.

Escape’s four-story, interior-corridor apartment community wraps around an expansive, posh pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident lounge with views of Camelback Mountain and a lush courtyard area, offering sanctuary from the fast-paced rush of daily life, while also providing proximity for its residents to sporting events, shopping, restaurants and downtown business districts. Escape, at 4700 N. 16th Street, offers one and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as two-story loft layouts, ranging in size from 713 square feet to 1,252 square feet.

At 248,824 square feet, Escape was completed in April of 2016 following a coordinated effort from P.B. Bell, MT Builders and Studio 15 Architecture.

Escape is a pet-friendly community that offers its residents access to covered and underground parking as well as detached garages, a bike service station, and extended patios that overlook the interior courtyard. The Escape community also includes car charging stations. The interior residences feature plank-style flooring, quartz and granite counter tops, oversized tubs, stainless steel appliances and tile backsplashes.
